Telegram Alerts

Safora sends fence alerts directly to your dedicated Telegram group. This group was created for you by Safora and the invite link was included in your shipment email. Anyone on your team who needs to receive alerts should join this group.

You do not need to configure anything. Alerts will start coming in automatically once your devices are active and alerts are set on your dashboard.

Alert types

First alert

Sent immediately when a device first measures fence voltage dropping below 1500 V.

Batch alert

Follow-up alerts from other devices are sent in batches to avoid flooding the group. These indicate the scale of the issue across the fence line.

Batch recovery

Sent when voltage on a recovering device rises back above 2500 V. No action is needed. This confirms the fence is back to normal on that section.

Low battery

Sent when a device's battery is running low. This may happen during extended periods without sunlight. Monitor the device and check that the solar panel is unobstructed.

Motion detected

Sent when the device detects physical movement, which may indicate tampering or theft.
